Grow cucumbers on privacy fence and add some type of trellis or netting to fence for the cucumbers to climb on
Mairgolds are a must to keep aphids off tomatoes, can be planted in between tomatoes or around.
Adding celery around kale will hep keep cabbage moth away. Celery can be planted between kale or around.
Basil can be grown in between tomatoes or around them.
Sunflowers attract bees and beneficial insects.
Seeds to sow straight into the ground:
green beans, sunflowers , carrots and corn
Onion slips go straight in the ground
The rest can be a mixture of plants and seeds to promote succesion planting.
