Mike Capecci Veggie Garden Summary
For my successive garden I plan to plant Swiss chard for the spring. They do alright in cool temperatures. I will plant Summer Squash in the warmer months they cannot grow in the cold. And in the fall I will sow winter peas that grow and can be harvested in colder weather.

In my beneficial habitat garden, i have dill and cosmos which attract ladybugs that eat aphid mites and other pests. Bees love to eat cosmos. Damsel Bugs are attracted to the dill and lavender for food and shelter. Syrphid flies are attracted to all three of the plants dill, cosmos, and lavender as well as mint. Damsel bugs eat pests. Syrphid flies eat aphids and other pests but they also pollinate plants like bees.

In the fruit garden i have 4 fruits and cosmos and lavender to attract bees and syrphid flies which pollinate the plants.
In the scientific companion vegetable garden i have bush beans for symbiotic nitrogen fixation. Basil repels mosquitos and other flies and garlic keeps away rabbits beetles and maggots.
